What are Santa Teresita’s opening hours?
We are open Monday through Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. From Thursday through Sunday, we are open from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Do I need to book the services in advance?
Yes. We require advance reservations and payment because availability is limited and to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests. There have been occasions when guests arrived without a reservation and, unfortunately, we had to deny service due to lack of availability.
What are the hotel’s check-in and check-out times?
Hotel check-in is at 3:00 p.m., and check-out is at 12:00 p.m.
Is late check-out available?
Yes, but it is subject to hotel availability.
Where are you located?
We are located at kilometer 26.5 on the highway to the Pacific, entering Amatitlán, on Avenida Puente de la Gloria, along the banks of the Michatoya River, Guatemala.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can make your payment through a secure payment link using a credit or debit card, or by bank transfer. Contact us to request our bank account details and complete your reservation.
Can I bring my pet?
We currently do not have suitable facilities to accommodate pets. We are working to offer this option as soon as possible.
Are outside food and beverages allowed?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted. For your convenience, we have an on-site restaurant offering an à la carte menu.
Are children allowed?
Yes. Our swimming pool areas are suitable for children of all ages. However, only guests aged 13 and older may enter the Thermal Circuit area. We also offer massages for children, provided that a responsible adult is present.
At what age do children start paying admission?
Children pay admission from 1 year of age.
